Support & data deletion
Delete your cloud profile immediately inside the game, or submit a deletion request below if the app is no longer available.
Delete cloud data in the app
- Open Verdant Circuit and enter Commander HQ.
- Open Settings and choose Delete cloud profile.
- Review the warning and confirm deletion.
This removes the public leaderboard entry, server progression, public commander name, blocks, and cloud wallet associated with the anonymous profile. Local campaign data can be removed separately with Reset campaign progress or by clearing the app's Android storage.

Request cloud-data deletion
Enter the Player ID shown in Commander HQ → Settings and an email where we can confirm the request. Requests are reviewed before deletion so another person cannot erase your profile.
The form creates a private support record. It is not displayed publicly and cannot be read through this website. Reasonable transaction or safety records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, disputes, or law.
Purchase help
For payment authorization, receipts, or Google Play refunds, use Google Play purchase history and support. For a completed purchase that was not credited, reopen the coin store while online so the game can reconcile eligible purchases.
