Privacy Policy

Verdant Circuit uses only the information needed to operate the game, optional advertising, purchases, cloud rankings, abuse prevention, and support. We do not sell personal information.
1. Information we process

2. Services we use
Verdant Circuit uses Google Play Billing, Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions, Firebase App Check with Play Integrity, Firebase Hosting, and Google Mobile Ads. Google acts as a service provider or independent controller depending on the feature. See Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information.
3. Advertising and choices
The game does not use gameplay banner ads. It may show occasional interstitial ads after level wins and player-initiated rewarded videos. Where required, the consent screen lets players choose how advertising data is used. Advertising choices can be reopened from Commander HQ → Settings → Ad privacy choices. Device-level ad settings are also available in Android settings.
4. Purchases
Coin packs are digital consumable products processed by Google Play. Verdant Circuit receives a purchase token and limited transaction metadata, not payment card details. Tokens are verified on a protected server and recorded to prevent the same purchase from being credited more than once.
5. Public profiles and community safety
Commander names, level, stars, wins, and score may be visible to other players after the player accepts the Community Guidelines and publishes a name. Public names are reserved case-insensitively, scanned for inappropriate or spam-like content, and must be unique. Players can report an inappropriate name and block another player. Reports are reviewed for moderation and safety. Do not use a real name or other identifying information as a commander name.
6. Retention
Leaderboard and account data remain while the cloud profile is active. Purchase validation records may be retained as needed for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes, and legal obligations. Open moderation reports are retained while investigated and may be retained afterward to prevent repeat abuse. Local data remains until it is reset in the game, the app is uninstalled, or Android clears it.
7. Delete your data
Players can delete leaderboard, profile, progress, and wallet data from Commander HQ → Settings → Delete cloud profile. For help with deletion or if the app is no longer installed, use the instructions on the support and data-deletion page. Some transaction or safety records may be retained where legally required or necessary to prevent fraud.
8. Children
Verdant Circuit is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request a real name, precise location, contacts, photos, or messages. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so it can be reviewed and removed.
9. Security and international processing
We use authentication, server-side validation, app attestation, restricted database rules, encryption in transit, and access controls. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where Google and its service providers operate.
10. Changes and contact
Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Privacy and support requests can be submitted using the current contact method on the support page.
